Biography

I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences (Honors) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore in 2020. Since then, I have worked in the Singapore Public Service, championing social cohesion and racial harmony. I spent two years deeply engaging with diverse multicultural communities during the COVID-19 pandemic and two more years driving nationwide movements, evaluating social programs, and administering community grants. Moving forward, I am excited to leverage data analytics to better understand complex social dynamics and address pressing societal challenges.

At Brown, I am eager to further my passion for research, explore new methodologies, and gain new insights. I am currently involved in side projects on workplace incivility and hybrid work models. While I have spent most of my life in Singapore, a six-month exchange in Amsterdam remains a highlight of my undergraduate years and inspired me to pursue a Master’s abroad.

Outside of work, I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, trying unique cuisines, and connecting with nature. I can’t wait to explore the beautiful landscapes and scenic national parks in the US with my new friends at Brown!
